背景
根据 Tokenlon litepaper，10,000,000 LON 可被用于流动性相关激励。
核心团队已于 2020.12.24 开启第一期流动性激励。该激励于 2021.1.21 结束，共使用 1,500,000 LON。
核心团队计划于 2021.1.21 开启第二期流动性激励，为期 6 周，于 2021.3.4 结束。二期将采用同样的形式激励以下两个流动性池：
- Uniswap 上的 LON/ETH 池
- Sushiswap 上的 LON/USDT 池
目的
由社区投票决定激励力度，开启第二期流动性激励

根据提案投票结果实施激励，生效时间为 2021.1.21 4:00 UTC

Proposal 4: TIP4 - Phase II LON Liquidity Incentive
Background
According to the Tokenlon litepaper, 10,000,000 LON is reserved for liquidity related incentives.
The core team kicked off Phase I LON Liquidity Incentive on December 24, 2020 with 1,500,000 LON reward in total. The phase is about to end on January 21, 2021.
The team plans to start Phase II LON Liquidity Incentive on January 21, 2021. It will last for 6 weeks and end on March 4, 2021. LON reward will be rewarded in the same way to the below two liquidity pools:
- LON/ETH pool on Uniswap.
- LON/USDT pool on Sushiswap

Let the community decide on the number of LON used for Phase II LON Liquidity Incentive

Make changes based on the voting results of the proposal, and take effect at 4:00 UTC on January 21, 2021.
